Our waitress was great! She made sure we were taken care of without being intrusive or rushing us. The sushi was fresh, with large pieces, and delicious. I wish there was more of a selection without shellfish in it, but the rolls I had were delicious!

Wasabi Restaurant in Knoxville is a fantastic spot for anyone craving authentic and satisfying Japanese cuisine. The menu offers a great variety—from fresh sushi and flavorful hibachi dishes to beautifully presented bento boxes and combination plates. Don’t miss their bento boxes and combos—they’re generous, balanced, and full of flavor. I had the chance to try the steak and scallops, and it was outstanding: the steak was juicy and tender, and the scallops were perfectly seared with a buttery finish. The atmosphere is welcoming, the service attentive, and the experience always worth repeating.

I always get the filet and shrimp! Comes with zucchini, sweet carrots, and rice. Also, a small salad with ginger dressing (that is delicious!), and a cup of mushroom broth. Close to $40/per person. Worth it!!

Good food and good times! This is a great place if you have a large group. Also, for a nice date or night out with your boo! If you have someone who has never had this type of dining experience, this would be a good first one. Definitely recommend!
